The peaberry is a single seed developed in the coffee cherry instead of the usual two, resulting in the fullest flavor possible. Only 10% of the coffee cherries are peaberries. With just one single seed in the cherry the nutrients in the peaberry concentrated resulting in delicious flavors for an exceptional cup.

The purchase of this incredible coffee includes a contribution to support Dry Creek Horse Rescue.  This 501C3 charity provides a safe and nurturing environment for allowing horses to heal and get a second chance for a good life.  Along with rescuing horses the Barn has an equestrian training center where children of all ages learn how to ride and care for these amazing animals.  In addition, the children have an opportunity to participate in local events such as competitions and community parades.  From the owners of Dry Creek Horse Rescue:
