Cold Brew Concentrate
1 1/3 cups Bali Blue Moon Dark Roast
1 1/3 cups Colombian Mesa de los Santos
Coffee strength can be adjusted by adding more or less water.
- Coarsely grind the coffee and place it in half gallon container
- Pour cold filtered water over the grounds and stir
- Cover and refrigerate for 17 hours
- Strain coffee in a mesh strainer pressing down on grounds to release all of the liquid
- Throw away the grounds
- Rinse strainer and add a basket-type coffee filter
- Re-strain the concentrate
- Concentrate can be refrigerated up to 10 days
- To serve fill a 16oz glass with ice. Add 1/3 cup concentrate, 2/3 cup of cold filtered water, milk or alternative milk to glass. Stir and enjoy!
Cold Brew Iced Coffee
1. Add ½ cup of concentrate to a 16 oz. glass.
2. Add 1 cup of filtered cold water to cup.
3. Sweeten to taste and stir.
4. Add ice to cup.
Creamy Cold Brew Iced Coffee
1. Add ½ cup of concentrate to a 16 oz. glass.
2. Add 1 cup of whole milk to cup.
3. Sweeten to taste and stir.
4. Add ice to cup.
Vanilla Cold Brew Iced Coffee
1. Add ½ cup of concentrate to a 16 oz. glass.
2. Add 1 cup of whole milk to cup.
3. Add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.
4. Sweeten to taste and stir.
5. Add ice to cup.
Almond Cold Brew Iced Coffee
1. Add ½ cup of concentrate to a 16 oz. glass.
2. Add 1 cup of almond milk to cup.
3. Sweeten to taste and stir.
4. Add ice to cup.
