Caramel Pumpkin Spice

1 Double Shot Blue Heron Espresso

8oz. Milk

1oz. Caramel Pumpkin Spice Sauce*

Dash Pumpkin Spice

 

Add Caramel Pumpkin Spice sauce to 12oz. latte cup. Pull double shot of espresso into cup. Stir Espresso and sauce. Steam milk and pour into cup. Top with Pumpkin Spice.

Caramel Pumpkin Spice Sauce*

2/3 cup Caramel Sauce

1/3 cup Pumpkin Puree

1/3 cup Water

1 tsp. Pumpkin Spice

Combine ingredients in a small sauce pan. Stir and bring to a simmer. Remove from heat. If not using immediately, store in refrigerator for 1 week.
