Q: When is my coffee roasted?

A: Coffee beans are custom roasted the next business day after an order has been placed. We roast Monday through Friday excluding holidays.

Q: Can we select our own roast profile?

A: All of Amrita Certified Pure® Coffees come with a choice of two roast preferences. The light roast profile accentuates the fruit, floral, nut, spice, chocolate and sweet notes of the coffee. The dark roast profile accentuates the body of the coffee with a rich bitter sweet roast flavor.

Decaffeinated Coffees FAQ

Q: What decaffeination methods does Amrita Certified Pure® coffees use?

A: All of our decaffeinated coffees are decaffeinated naturally without the use of chemicals. We use water processed decaffeination methods.

Q: Do you offer subscriptions?

A: Yes we do. Visit our Subscriptions page for more information.

Shipping FAQ

Q: Where do you ship to?

A: Currently we ship to the 48 continental US States only.

Q: How does my order ship?

A: Orders will ship FedEX three day expedited. At this time Amrita Certified Pure® Coffee does not offer next day or second day shipping.

When does my order ship?

A: Orders ship the next business day after the order has been placed. We ship Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Orders placed on a Friday will ship the following Monday unless the Monday is a holiday, in this case the order will ship on a Tuesday.

Q: What are the shipping rates?

A: We offer flat rate shipping of $12 for orders up to $64.99. For orders of in excess of $65, we offer free shipping.

Q: Can I use a different shipping and billing address?

A: Yes, enter the ship to zip code in PayPal when prompted by PayPal to calculate shipping. You will be prompted to fill in the ship to address after the bill to address has been filled. Shipments at this time can only be shipped to the 48 continental states.

Returns FAQ

Q: What is Amrita Certified Pure® Coffee’s Return Policy?

A: As coffee is roasted to order and is a perishable product we are unable to accept returns unless an error has occurred in shipping. In the event the product is damaged in shipping retain all packaging materials as the carrier may request the packaging back. In the event of a shipping error or damaged product contact Amrita Certified Pure® Coffee within 10 days of shipping on our contacts page. We will work with the customer and Pay Pal to resolve the issue.

Payment Methods FAQ

Q: What forms of payment does Amrita Certified Pure® Coffee accept?

A: All major credit cards accepted through PayPal on the web site. For customers who do not wish to have a PayPal account, orders and all major credit cards are accepted over the phone (407-719-2390).

Q: How do I know Amrita Certified Pure® Coffee’s website is secure?

A: All of our ordering information is encrypted through the PayPal security.
